We develop advanced materials for future electronic and energy technologies using nanoscale thin film processes and advanced electron microscopy methods.
Our major research topics are as follows.
- Memristor-based neuromorphic computing for artificial intelligence
- 3D single-crystalline materials via Remote Epitaxy
- Synthesis of energy materials and their dynamic behavior
We have openings for highly motivated Ph.D. students and undergraduate with background/interest in functional nanomaterials, future semiconductors, remote epitaxy technology, energy materials, and electron microscopy.
